We structure transactions involving spodumene concentrate (SC6 grade), technical-grade lithium, and battery-grade lithium carbonate/hydroxide.
Our Role:
We act as originators and deal arrangers, supporting strategic offtake agreements, commercial structuring, and capital partnerships between mining operators and international industrial off-takers.
